MoU between Foundation and Tribhuvan University

Kathmandu. Madan Bhandari Foundation and two departments of Tribhuvan University have signed an agreement to promote the principles of people's multi-party democracy propounded by public leader Madan Bhandari through research and academic engagement.

An MoU has been signed between the Foundation and the Central Department of Nepali and English, Tribhuvan University. According to the agreement, Madan Bhandari Foundation will provide scholarships for study, research and research to students studying in MA, MPhil and PhD, while the Central Departments of Nepali and English of the University will work on the necessary academic matters of research, including the selection of students for research work to be carried out in the light of people's multi-party democracy.

The agreement between the Foundation and the Central Department of English of Tribhuvan University has been signed by Madan Bhandari Foundation Chairwoman Usha Kiran Bhandari and Head of the Central Department of English, Tribhuvan University, Prof. Dr. Jivlal Sapkota. Similarly, the agreement between the Foundation and the Nepali Central Department of Tribhuvan University was signed by the Foundation's Chair Usha Kiran Bhandari and the Head of the Nepali Central Department of Tribhuvan University, Prof. Dr. Krishna Prasad Ghimire.

The signing ceremony was attended by the Coordinator of the Foundation's Department of Education Studies and Research, Mahendra Bahadur Pandey, Foundation Secretariat Members Sushil Pyakurel, Dr. Kundan Aryal, Prof. Dr. Prem Sagar Chapagain, and others, while the University's representatives were Prof. Dr. Dhubra Karki, Prof. Dr. Netramani Subedi, and others.

Previously, similar agreements and signings have been made between the Foundation and the Tribhuvan University Central Department of Political Science, Central Department of History, Central Department of Anthropology, Central Department of Economics, Central Department of Sociology, Central Department of Water and Meteorology, Central Department of Mass Communication and Journalism, and Labor Studies Program.
