On Chaitra 25, 2078, the first meeting of the Central Committee after the Third National Conference of the Madan Bhandari Foundation was held under the chairmanship of the Foundation's President, Shri Usha Kiran Bhandari. It was held at the Trade Union Policy Institute, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Keeping in mind the time management, the meeting was held in a way that it could be connected physically and through Zoom.
The meeting, which started with the introduction of the newly elected Central Committee members, provided detailed information about the Foundation. In addition, the meeting decided to celebrate Madan-Aashrit Smriti Diwas (Jesh 3) and Madan Jayanti (Asar 14) by organizing various ideological and creative programs across the country. It was also decided to form an 11-member secretariat:
